Keeping Families in Their Homes

Preventing homelessness by helping people keep their homes has long been a priority at The Trust, and with more homeowners and renters facing foreclosure and eviction, we are supporting the Bridge Fund of New York so it can double the number of families it can assist.

A $1,000,000 grant is providing loans and grants to an additional 700 families and refer 3,600 families to other financial services and benefits. The Fund will also hold biweekly money management workshops in multiple languages at various sites around the City.
